Project Objectives:

  • Create a flavorful, visually appetizing video to highlight BBQ Brothers, a newly opened food joint in Bandra Colony.

  • Celebrate the passion and authenticity behind the food, focusing on the rich textures, grilling process, and local vibe.

  • Support a local business we genuinely loved by giving them high-quality content to boost visibility.

  • Share the video organically to drive awareness and foot traffic among nearby food lovers.

Project Scope:

Concept Development:

  • Inspired by the food itself, we built a concept around slow-motion grill shots, close-up textures, and the sizzle factor — aimed at making viewers instantly hungry.

  • Focused on capturing the warmth of a local joint with big flavor energy.

Filming & Editing:

  • Shot on-location in Bandra Colony, covering grilling, plating, and BTS of the kitchen hustle.

  • Edited with mouth-watering pacing, bold cuts, and a warm color grade to match the vibe.

  • Used ambient sound and upbeat music to keep the video fun and fast.

Post-production:

  • Enhanced the video with sizzle sounds, slow-motion shots of meat hitting the grill, and appetizing transitions.

  • Delivered a short-form reel format ideal for Instagram and WhatsApp sharing.

Distribution & Promotion:

  • Shared the video organically across Ligma Media’s and BBQ Brothers’ pages to drive local traction.

  • Encouraged word-of-mouth sharing via foodie circles and local WhatsApp groups.

  • No formal promotion — just pure love for good food.

Results:

Lessons Learned:
